Digital Daily Docket™ is a paperless docket management solution for courthouses of all sizes. A check-in kiosk allows court customers to confirm their arrival and access case information digitally. Upon check-in, court customers can opt-in to join Case Call™, a virtual queuing and text notification system, which seamlessly integrates with any case management system. Alternatively, courts or customers, who prefer not to receive SMS text messages, can effectively manage case flow using Court Q's digital queuing displays.
With Digital Daily Docket™, you can easily track attendance in real time, without long waiting lines. Staff will no longer need to reprint and repost the court calendar whenever case information changes.
Court Q's web-based interface allows authorized court personnel to upload multiple dockets, edit case information, make room changes, and more.
Case Call™ is a court queue management system. The system uses text notification and digital displays to improve communication, minimize crowding, and facilitate the orderly progression of court proceedings, such as pretrial reminders, scheduled hearings and trials, jury selection, and fee collection. It also improves the management and flow of cases and individuals within the court setting.
The Digital Daily Docket™ syncs with Case Call™. By segmenting walk-ins and appointments from the docket's scheduled cases, clerks can manage and modify the court's caseload seamlessly and easily. Lawyers, witnesses, and police officers cases will be automatically sorted and prioritized. Transfer Optimize collections, transfer cases to Cashier queue for collection, before customers leave the courthouse.
