Digital Daily Docket™ is a paperless court docket management solution designed for courthouses of all sizes. It replaces static, printed calendars with real-time digital dockets that improve case visibility, attendance tracking, and overall court flow.
Court users can check in through a self-service check-in kiosk to confirm arrival and view case information digitally. Upon check-in, they may opt in to Case Call™, a virtual queuing and SMS text notification system that integrates seamlessly with existing case management systems. For courts or users who prefer not to receive text messages, case flow can be managed effectively through Court Q’s digital queuing displays.

Case Call™ is a court queue management system that uses SMS text notifications and digital displays to improve communication, reduce crowding, and support the orderly progression of court proceedings. The system helps courts manage pretrial reminders, scheduled hearings and trials, jury selection, and fee collection—improving the flow of both cases and individuals throughout the courthouse.
Digital Daily Docket™ synchronizes seamlessly with Case Call™, allowing courts to manage walk-ins, appointments, and scheduled cases as a single, coordinated workflow. By segmenting case types directly from the docket, clerks can easily modify caseloads in real time. Lawyers, witnesses, and law enforcement cases are automatically sorted and prioritized, while cases requiring payment can be transferred directly to the cashier queue—optimizing collections before court users leave the courthouse.

Digital Docket™ and CASE Call™ are an end to end solution. Designed to support both the Customer and Operations perspectives of the High-Performance Court Framework. By digitizing case movement and queue management, courts improve operational efficiency, increase courtroom throughput, and reduce delays between court events.
Clerks use CASE Call’s intuitive interface to manage, prioritize, and transfer cases in real time, as well as summon court users when their case is ready—reducing manual coordination and improving control over daily court flow.
